Service Desk

Our Web-based Service Desk application allows you to report issues immediately, from the computer on which the problem occurs. When you report an issue, the Service Desk immediately notifies the appropriate technical resource to bring about a solution. Using the Service Desk, you can easily track all reported issues from their first instance through to resolution. At a glance you can view all issues and the status of each.

The Service Desk is a knowledge resource as well as a tracking tool: solutions, such as how to configure your VPN from home, are posted for future reference.
